Passionate about bridging science and personal transformation, Cori Sue has positioned Retreat as a category-defining brand in the wellness and mental health space.

With 15+ years of experience marketing sought-after consumer brands, Cori Sue has built, grown, and led marketing for some of the most well-known DTC, wellness, and lifestyle brands, including Havenly, Usual Wines, UrbanStems, WeWork, Curex, Tailwind, and The Injection Room. A growth and performance marketing expert, she specializes in brand strategy, customer acquisition, retention, and storytelling, balancing data-driven decision-making with creative brand building to drive revenue, maximize ROI, and scale businesses efficiently. She previously founded Citrus Media, a boutique marketing agency, and Bitches Who Brunch, a national millennial lifestyle media brand acquired in 2018.

Beyond her entrepreneurial ventures, Cori Sue is a high-energy public speaker who shares insights on psychedelic wellness, longevity, brand storytelling, and conscious entrepreneurship. She has spoken at industry events, conferences, and panels, educating audiences on mental health innovation, the business of wellness, and the future of psychedelics.

Cori Sue holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and history from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master’s degree from the George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs, where she graduated cum laude and was a Presidential Management Fellow.

When she’s not scaling brands or speaking about the future of wellness, you’ll find Cori Sue surfing, running marathons, skiing, practicing yoga, or diving into longevity research. She is a wellness junkie, a total mycophile, a proud wife, and a dog mom to Howard, a 28-pound Cavapoo with a big personality.
